Dahlias

Dahlias arranges petal-like forms in rings around a center, the same layout a real dahlia uses to pack the most petals into the smallest space. Sunflowers and pinecones use a close relative of the same math. Each piece is one arrangement of that pattern, cut from mat board instead of grown from a stem.
